Albín put Geta ahead early on, only for Sergio Agüreo to equalise just before the break. Rubén de la Red had a great chance to assure our Liga survival with a late penalty, but Leo Franco saved it: 1-1 at full time.
In other news, Oscar Ustari told Marca this morning that he's totally determined to leave Getafe. He says that he's enduring unforseen situations and, more ominously, hinted at unrest:
"Everyone speaks well of Getafe, but nobody comments on what happens inside," he said.
That, particularly in light of recent speculation that Laudrup has lost the dressing room, is worrying.
On the other hand, he could merely be embittered. After all, he complains that he's lacked "continuity" in the team. What, exactly, did he expect when he signed om, considering that Pato is the undisputed number one?
He arrived for €6m in summer. I hope that Geta can recoup the costs.
